Our Staying Safe Process

  1. We will knock at your door when we arrive and ask to bring your dog(s) to our van where we can discuss anything regarding your dog(s) groom (we will wear a mask).

  2. We will use our own slip lead and ask you to take the original lead with you.

  3. We will then ask if you can plug us in to a wall socket.

  4. We will complete the groom inside our mobile salon.

  5. We will knock again to notify you when the groom has been completed and let you know that your dog(s) are ready to be collected and payment can be made.​​

  6. Surfaces will be cleaned before our next booking.


  • We recommend paying via card but are continuing to accept cash payments and would urge our customers in remote locations with little to no cell phone signal to carry the appropriate amount of cash on them in case our card machine fails to process the transaction.


  • There is no evidence to suggest that Covid-19 is transmittable between animals and humans.

  • We operate alone in our vans and groom your dog(s) inside the van and therefore have very little contact with other people outside of our own household.

Covid-19 Cancellations

  • In the event that a dog groomer has symptoms or tests positive for Covid-19 they will follow the current government guidelines regarding self-isolation. This may mean that your appointment will be cancelled if it is within the self-isolation period.

  • In the event that you have Covid-19 symptoms or test positive for Covid-19 and you have an appointment with us during your isolation period, please call us to cancel and re-book.
